The Midwest Four Wheel Drive Association supports its member clubs by making available event insurance.

Applying for MW4WDA Event Insurance

The club hosting the event must be a Member Club of the MW4WDA and have all dues paid in full at time of application.

Instructions:

Pick a representative from the hosting club to handle Insurance and that can make calls and receive them.
